The Bristol Mix
We are a mixed chorus based in Bristol under the Musical Directorship of Linda Corcoran, and we are focused on high quality a capella style of singing, wide ranging in repertoire from Billy Joel and Stevie Wonder to classical hymns and Kings Singers arrangements. We just love singing good music really well!
We consist of approximately 45 members who have all auditioned to be part of a high quality chorus, and our aim is to be the best that we can be.
We work hard to achieve musical excellence, winning a number of music festivals and in 2022 we won the UK Mixed Chorus Gold at the British Association of Barbershop Singers convention in Harrogate. Barbershop is a style of singing we enjoy for the harmonies it creates, but it is not our only focus.

Our rehearsals are 6-8 times per year, and normally take the form of a full day workshop - usually from 10 - 4 on a Saturday or Sunday, Sometimes we have a weekday evening rehearsal. You are most welcome to visit a rehearsal.
